Time and time again Dakota had proven to be more than a Coach and Trainer. What Dakota takes most seriously is the best of someone. Wins and loses are results. Training is measurable. Teaching and helping today's youth with school and social life is an important aspect to what Dakota spends time on. Not just making a better player but making a better person, too.
Dakota is entering is 5th year of coaching. Dakota has helped at every level from Varsity, JV, 9th grade and currently is active head coach of the 7th and 8th grade boys and girls teams. Outside of the School, Dakota is on the ADIDAS AAU circuit coaching top girls teams. Dakota is also a main contributor to coaching and training Templeton's Club Basketball Team the Bad Birds.
Dakota understand body and mind when it comes to preparing athletes for their season and teams. Dakota is a skilled-level certified athletic trainer to help athletes develop in strength, speed, and jumping. Dakota also teaches the basic skills players need on the court or in their sport to be able to play the game correctly.
Dakota is loyal to his hometown and enjoys the peaceful beautiful scenery of Templeton, California. Dakota has a long history of playing multiple sports growing up and playing for Templeton High School. Dakota was an Olympic level swimmer, potential collegiate football player, and played professional basketball overseas and in Georgia, USA.
Dakota provides one-on-one training and multi-kids group training. Dakota also runs Skills Nights for any individual working hard to make a team or to becoming the best on a team. Outside of Coach at Templeton Middle School and assisting with the High School, Dakota runs Club teams that compete in local tournaments.
Donations to Benefits With Basketball go towards kids that cannot afford camps, clinics, or tournaments and/or towards all of the cost and time Dakota invests spending with kids mentoring, coaching, and training.
